Well, the story goes that Isha Khoppikar wasn't the first choice for the role director Sooraj had in mind. Apparently, the role was initially offered to Vidya Balan. Going by Vidya's bad dressing sense and flabby figure, she perfectly fitted the bill of playing a pampered homely girl.
But Vidya, who is bent upon shedding the homely tag rejected the offer on the pretext that she has had plentiful of such roles. The heavy weight actress has even informed industry people that she is looking at more glamorous projects.
Being rejected by Vidya, Sooraj began the hunt for his lead heroine and surprisingly zeroed in on glam chic Isha. According to our sources, while Vidya is making desperate attempts to turn prim and proper, Isha has been working equally hard to shed that sexy tag and is just too obliged to play the girl next door role.
Hmmm... looks like the two ladies need to get together and exchange some tips. While Isha can aid Vidya by giving her some fad fashion tips, Vidya can help Isha look much older than her years. What say Vidya ?
